KOZAC – Place for Pets (“KOZAC”, “we”, “us”) values your privacy. • Order and delivery details: delivery address, phone number, the products you order, coupon used, order status and the payment method you choose (Cash on Delivery or UPI). We do not store your card details or UPI PIN.
• Pet details (optional): your pet’s name, birthday and photo, and whether you want your pet featured on our birthday banner or social media.
• Your requests and messages: contact form messages, product requests, bulk pricing requests, back-in-stock notifications, newsletter or KOZAC Club sign-ups, reviews and blog comments.
• Cart and wishlist: items you add to your cart, wishlist or compare list.
• Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and basic log data, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and verify your identity.
• To process, deliver, track, cancel, return and refund your orders.
• To send order confirmations, status updates and service messages.
• To respond to your enquiries, requests and support needs.
• To run features you choose to use, such as the wishlist, pet profiles, the Birthday Club and Today’s Heroes.

Your pet’s photo and story are displayed publicly only if you choose to feature them (for example, on the birthday banner or in Today’s Heroes).
