Welcome to KOZAC – Place for Pets. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the KOZAC website and the products and services offered through it (the “Site”). By browsing the Site, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About KOZAC

The Site is operated by KOZAC – Place for Pets, located at Udyog Sangh, Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation, opposite Indusand Bank, Udhana GIDC, Udhna Udhyog Nagar, Udhana, Surat, Gujarat 394210, India. References to “KOZAC”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean the operator of the Site, and “you” means any visitor, customer or registered user.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place orders. By placing an order you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.

3. Your Account

  • You may need to create an account (and verify your mobile number or email with a one-time password) to place orders, save a wishlist or manage your pet details.
  • Please provide accurate and up-to-date information, including your delivery address and contact details.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
  • We may suspend or close an account that provides false information or breaks these Terms.

4. Products, Prices and Availability

  • All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹). Delivery charges, if any, are shown before you confirm your order.
  • We make every effort to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours, sizes and packaging may vary slightly from what appears on your screen.
  • Products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or withdraw a product at any time.
  • Offers such as Today’s Deal, combo deals, quantity discounts and coupons are time-limited, may be changed or withdrawn without notice, and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount you have paid.

5. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the products. Your order is accepted only when we confirm it, and we may decline or cancel an order (for example, due to stock issues, pricing errors, an undeliverable address or suspected fraud). Available payment methods, including Cash on Delivery where offered for your pincode, are shown at checkout. Cash on Delivery orders must be paid in full at the time of delivery.

6. Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Delivery areas, charges, estimated delivery times, and our return, replacement and refund rules are set out in our Shipping & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

7. Pet Safety and Product Use

Your pet’s safety is important to us. Please read and follow the product description and any instructions before use, and note the following:

  • Choose the correct size and check the fit of collars, harnesses, leashes and muzzles. Check them regularly for wear and damage.
  • Supervise your pet when using toys, chews, feeders and accessories, especially those with small or removable parts.
  • Stop using any product that is damaged or that causes your pet discomfort, and consult your veterinarian if you have concerns.
  • Information on the Site is general and is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice.

8. Reviews, Photos and Community Features

If you submit reviews, comments, pet photos, stories or Birthday Club / “Today’s Heroes” entries, you confirm that the content is yours to share and that it is lawful, truthful and not offensive. You grant KOZAC a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display, reproduce and share that content on the Site and our social media pages for promotional purposes. We may edit or remove content at our discretion.

9. Bulk Pricing and Product Requests

Bulk pricing requests, product requests and enquiries sent through the Site are not orders. A quotation or reply from us is not binding until we confirm the price, quantity and delivery terms in writing.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose;
  • misuse coupons, offers or referral benefits, or place orders for resale in violation of stated limits;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, other accounts or our systems;
  • copy, scrape or collect content, data or prices from the Site using automated tools without our written permission; or
  • upload viruses, malicious code or anything that disrupts the Site.

11. Intellectual Property

The KOZAC name, logo, website design, text, graphics, product images and other content on the Site belong to KOZAC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reuse any content without our prior written consent.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to third-party websites or use third-party services (such as payment, courier or social media providers). We do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

14. Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the Site will always be uninterrupted, secure or free from errors.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KOZAC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

16. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or restrict your access to the Site at any time if you breach these Terms or if we need to do so for legal or security reasons. You may stop using the Site and close your account at any time.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law, the courts at Surat, Gujarat will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site.
